My typical rates are as follows:
	Floor Plan 2d drafting: $30 per hour
	Perspective Sketch Drawings (done on computer in SketchUp): $30 per hour
	3d Renderings: $35 per hour
	I ask for a 30% retainer to commence. I keep strict track of my time using the time management software Klok, which allows me to stay on target in terms of the estimated time, and I alert immediately if the time ever exceeds estimate.
